    Do you know that I have never seen wheat when it was green? How rich the color is. Very cool picture.

    hi there!
    i’m glad you like the pic! i’ll have to follow the growth so you can see how it progresses to harvest. in fact, i could probably follow it all the way to the grain elevator since i live right across the street! lol! this is actually planted in the fall, winters over, and then comes to life in the spring. i used to walk by this field on my daily walks when i lived a mile south of where i do now. it’s always been a favorite spot of mine.

    I’d love to see the progress of the field. I think that the series would probably be beautiful once you have all of the stages put together.

    (I think that you are right about jumping right from winter to summer.)
